YOU GOTTA BE SINCERE, YOU GOTTA FEEL IT HERE

I have no hot takes on the Mueller Report because as of this writing (8:00 a.m. MST) I still don’t know what’s in it.  But wow, the Barr press conference was really weird.  I’d be interested to know whether there’s legal precedent for using sincerity and/or frustration as a defense in the commission of a crime.
